so i wanted to be poetic

I sometimes wonder where I’ll go
I sometimes wonder when.
I think about the life I’ll live
and I want it to be for Him.
I don’t know if I’ll marry,
I don’t know where I’ll work.
I know He holds my future
and I’m in the palm of His hand.
I know He knows what’s best for me,
even if it wasn’t part of my plan.
I know He’ll never let me down
even when I turn away.
I know that He is listening
every time I stop to pray.
He never leaves me, always loves me,
and waits patiently for me each day;
to stop and spend sometime with Him
and hear what He has to say.
I know my God is sovereign,
I know my God is just,
I know my God is faithful,
so in Him I place my trust.
I know my God is mighty,
I know my God is true,
I know my God is waiting,
to help me with all of my cares.
