random ramblings from a disconnected mind

i don't really like mondays. they always come too soon because the weekend never seems to be long enough. this fall i am not super excited about mondays because i have nine hours of class and yesterday i found out that i also will be working on mondays. so i have a one hour break from 5-6 monday nights. otherwise it is class work class class from 8-9 :( oh goodness, i really dislike moving. packing and unpacking just isn't much fun. my plant that i got in february is still alive and kickin' he has grown too. i've decided it's a he but i still need to figure out a name for him, but anyway he is at least twice as tall as he was when i first got him. he also has a new home(pot) i am actually quite surprised that i haven't killed him yet. i really like the wooden dishes they have at target. also super excited about the fact that i have a borders gift card...now i just need to decide what i want to get:) i think that i might have a slight obsession with pillows. i have three regular pillows a body pillow and at least 8 throw pillows...*sigh* pillows are nice. the weekend before the fourth of july i was at the lakes and me and my dad went golfing we saw a hummer on our way back from milford and my dad made up this "you gotta be dumber, to by a hummer, or as rich as a plumber, or a rock 'n roll drummer, it'll make you number, than a shot of novocain" "dad, that doesn't rhyme" "my vocabulary was exhausted" yeps my pops is funny.

Whats really bad is that the weirdos who made the calendar decided to have a monday EVERY week! Well I hope you'll have some time to get some R&R on Tuesday at least.

What kind of books do you typically enjoy (for leisure reading).

Also... how about calling your plan Ferdinand... and Ferdy for short :)

You should find a copy of "I Don't Like Mondays" by the Boomtown Rats, and read the history of the song, too. Very enlightening.

Not all rock-and-roll drummers are rich enough to buy a Hummer.

Chicky Darling, you delight and refresh me! I am sorry you do not like Mondays! They don't seem to be liking you much either! But, God is so good... He'll bless your hour off in the middle of the day!

Your dad totally could have made it as a rapper (none of the white rapper can rhyme anyway!)

Hmmm... a name for your plant. Your car is Herbie... which sounds like a plant's name... so why don't you name your plant a name that sounds like a car's name... like "Lightning" or "Dash".

You could also name it another food name to go with Herbie, like "Alfredo" or "Spud" or "Ginger". Just some ideas.

Loves and Hugs!
